EROSANTORINI is a 'nowhere-else-in-the-world' private two-acre estate, an extraordinary cliff-perched place to take in the breathtaking views, stunning sunsets, and idyllic scenery.
It is designed for a select few with discerning taste who are seeking the best qualities of a luxury resort, a spectacular private villa, and the intimacy and sophistication of a luxurious private home.

Location
The secluded setting, 1000 feet above the sea, is pure drama. The two-acre plot enjoys total privacy – the ultimate luxury on Santorini, where most cliffside suites are packed cheek by jowl. You could laze by the angular infinity pool all day, watching clouds and cruise ships drift by, until sunset bleeds into the horizon.

Santorini’s cosmopolitan capital, Fira, is just over a mile (two kilometes) away. Postcard-pretty Oia is a precipitous nine-mile (14 km) drive. Transfers to the port (five miles/eight kilometres) or airport (three miles/five kilometres) are included in your stay.

Style & Character
Timeless design lets the mind-blowing views take centre stage. The black, white, and grey palette and cubist structures reflect the stark landscape and vernacular architecture, but the vibe is anything but traditional. Italian designer Paola Navone has stamped the property with her bold, joyful style: ‘kilims’ whitewashed onto the terrace, cow-print bathrooms, and mirrored headboards made from salvaged windows.

Service & Facilities
A cross between a five-star hotel and a fully-staffed villa, Erosantorini is run by passionate insiders who have a knack for anticipating your needs — an iced tea while you snooze on a floating sun-bed, a cashmere throw at dusk, shrimp souvlaki as you watch a movie by moonlight. Days slip by in a blissful haze of sun salutations with transcendental views, an Ayurvedic massage in the graceful spa, alfresco feasts using ingredients from the organic garden. If you can bear to venture out, these guys will show you the real Santorini — private wine tastings, tours with a local archaeologist, a catamaran cruise to hot springs.

Rooms
Four standalone bungalows provide flexible accommodation for up to 14 guests (10 adults and four children). Suites with oversized day beds, outdoor showers, and plunge pools blend inside and out with a lightness of touch. Heated floors, floating fireplaces, and hot tubs make this a very cosy off-season destination, too. Marble and concrete bathrooms come with charcoal soap, aloe vera after-sun, and bathrobes as downy as duvets. There are standard luxuries (Nespresso machines, Frette bedlinen) plus wow-factor extras (Smeg minibars, Bluetooth speakers).

Food & Drink
Chef Dimitris Panagiotopoulos honed his skills at Milos and two-Michelin-starred Vissani. Meals are served at a communal table by the barbeque and outdoor oven, so you can always see what’s cooking. The daily-changing menu, designed around guests’ tastes, showcases the local and seasonal: feta and white aubergine frittata, cherry tomato paste on just-baked bread, grilled fish drizzled with house-made olive oil. Santorini produces phenomenal wines and the cellar brims with exceptional Assyrtiko and Vinsanto.

Family-friendly?

Unlike most places on Santorini, you don’t have to navigate dozens of stairs, so it’s great for babies and toddlers (though there are sheer drops around the pool.) Travel cots, changing mats, baby baths, high chairs, bottle sterilizers and warmers are provided. Teenagers will love the outdoor cinema and underwater sound system. All children receive age-appropriate toys, games, books, movies, mini robes and slippers. Cooking lessons and craft sessions can be arranged.

INCLUSIVE RATES (FOR UP TO TEN ADULT GUESTS AND FOUR CHILDREN)*

Rates range between 5.000 Euros and 18.000 Euros (approximately $7,000 USD – $22,000 USD) per night depending on season of travel and variety of bespoke and customized services provided.
A minimum four night stay is recommended.

*The price includes exclusive use of the property, all meals prepared by the Estate’s chef; gourmet snacks; finest Greek wines and spirits, a variety of international alcoholic beverages, and signature cocktails; yoga and Pilates sessions; spa services including massage and beauty treatments; cinema under the stars; transfers between the estate and Santorini port and airport; and local taxes.
